COMPETITION
The Federazione Italiana Cuochi – Associazione Cuochi Italiani Francia, the only one recognised by the Italian government, in collaboration with I Love Italian Food, is pleased to announce the second French edition of ‘The Best Upcoming Chef of Italian Cuisine’. The competition is open to all chefs of any nationality resident in the France, who will have to compete in an Italian-inspired dish of their own creation.
